My stove broke a week before my family was supposed to come over for a month. I thought that it is a perfect time since it takes about a few days to find someone to fix the stove. My friend recommended calling Serge at Alpha repair. Well, I gave it a shot.
Serge picked up the phone right away, and, within a few minutes, we had the time set for the next morning!!! I was lucky enough to get a time from 8 am to 10 am because I didn't have to call off work. He was very pleasant and professional. While I was getting ready for work, he was quietly working in my kitchen. After 45 or so minutes, he came in and said that the work is done. I thought I'm gonna need another appointment with him in case some new parts need to be installed, but guess what? He had everything needed. While talking on the phone, he figured out what problems might be and brought appropriate parts!!!
